Tree planted in memory of St John's Wood Adventure Playground treasurer Mavis Davis

CHILDREN from St John’s Wood adventure playground look forward to enjoying new leafy surroundings. A tree was planted in memory of Mavis Davis last month, the playground’s ­treasurer for 17 years until her death last year.

The grant for the tree, which children helped plant, came from the Department of Children Schools and Families.
