News In Brief - Captain Scott in focus

A MARYLEBONE gallery is to host an exhibition of rare photographs taken during Captain Robert Scott’s fatal 1912 polar expedition.

The Great White South exhibition will be at the Atlas Gallery, Dorset Street, from February 23 to April 5.

It will mark a century since the images were taken by the expedition photographer Herbert Ponting.
